What's Standing in Your Way to Being Your BEST?

I was shuffling through some of my old workouts and bits of fitness information, and stumbled upon a FITNESS article from 2002 by Camille Noe, 50 mind, body, spirit mistakes (even smart women make. I've hung onto this article because over the years it has led me to think and helped me change my habits and get back on track.

Below are the 50 mistakes. Take a look at each of the areas and identify three of the mistakes below that you can work on improving over the next couple of weeks. I like it because it addresses your physical and emotional health; and because each time I look at it...I find different areas of my life that I can improve upon. Body
  1. You don't breathe deeply.
  2. You don't get enough sleep.
  3. You neglect to exercise.
  4. You stay indoors all day.
  5. You eat only fat-free food.
