Get Balanced, Healthy, and Fit in 2010!

Patina Esprit is excited to announce a partnership with Kristin Wicks of Nu Balance Stress and Weight Management! We’re partnering together to offer an 8 week combo consisting of 4 group nutrition sessions and 4 buddy training sessions starting February 2nd. Details are below. Sign up for the “Get Balanced, Healthy and Fit in 2010” program combining fitness and nutrition to help you kick start and maintain your New Year’s Resolution!

Get Balanced, Healthy, and Fit in 2010 helps you with the two most important aspects of getting the fitness results you want through exercise AND nutrition.

Group

Nutrition

· 4 one hour nutrition and fitness education sessions with Kristin

· 8 individual nutrition sessions with Kristin, including: weigh-in, measurements, body fat analysis, before pictures, and grocery shopping.

Fitness

· 4 one hour buddy training sessions with Jen (Buddy training = 2 people per session. Join together with a friend! Or, book a time slot and make a new friend!)

· 8 one hour one-on-one personal training sessions with Jen, including: fitness assessment (body fat analysis, cardio endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility assessments) and training plan.

Package Rate

· Special Savings for payment in full now for 8 sessions $300*

· Or, 2 payments of $175*[1]

Payments due February 2nd and March 2nd 2010.

· $475 for 8 one hour individual Nutrition Coaching sessions with Kristin

· $440 for 8 one hour one-on-one personal training sessions with Jen at Patina Esprit’s studio, $520 for 8 one hour one-on-one personal training sessions in your home with Jen

Reserve your spot now! Sign up deadline January 25th. Sessions will begin February 2nd and are booked on a first come, first served basis. We accept cash/check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Class times/schedule:

1st Four Weeks (nutrition/fitness education) at Nu Balance Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7 pm

2nd Four Weeks (personal fitness training) at Patina Esprit Studio Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15-7:15 pm OR optional Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30-6:30 am or 6:00-7:00 am. *Additional slots open. Please inquire on availability.
