When was the last time that you did an internal check-in with yourself? Odds are, that it's probably been quite sometime. Take aside a few quiet moments to think about some of the following....you can write down your answers, or just take mental note. Tuning your thoughts inward can be beneficial to your overall health - by engaging in a little self reflection, you are more readily able to make adjustments that move you in the right direction, and give yourself what you need.
- What is it that's been consuming most of your time and energy lately? And, how does that make you feel?
- What is it that makes you happiest? How long has it been since you've last done what makes you happy? And, how can you start adding a little more of that into your weekly routine?
- What are some of the things in your life (big and small) that you are grateful for?
- What is it that you need this week to feel your best?
