The site has a ton of helpful resources, including nutrition and physical activity trackers that are easy to use, and can convert your lots into pie charts and graphs so you get a good visual of how you're doing. Additionally, it's a great site for recipes, fresh workout ideas, and support for overall health. I really like their daily health thought to ponder while you journal.
Membership is free, and they don't spam you. You can sign up for as many or as few newsletters as you'd like.
