Jen and Patina Esprit Spotlighted on Nead Inspiration Radio Show

Yesterday, I was interviewed by Liz Nead of Nead Inspiration on her radio talk show. This week's focus was on kids and Liz invited me to talk about strategies for parents to keep their kids healthy.

Here's a video bit from it. The interview will air tomorrow afternoon (Thursday 4/9 from 2-3 CT on 940 AM).

If you tuned in and want more information, or if you're a parent who wants to help keep your kid healthy, below are some of the resources that I discussed during the segment. If you're interested in trying out the Wii Fit Interval Workout that I've created, or would just like some more detailed information on anything that I said, please give me a ring!
