Multi-Dimensional Health

Sometimes, we focus purely on the one or two aspects of our health, and forget that our well-being is multi-dimensional. Give your multi-layered self a treat by taking a look at the 5 areas below and identifying a couple of things in areas that you've not previously focused on, or haven't paid attention to in awhile.


Body

Emotions

1. Breathe deeply

1. Identify what’s making you blue.

2. Get at least 6.5 hours of sleep.

2. Find out your family’s mental health history.

3. Exercise or move your body for 30 minutes a day.

3. “Unplug” and spend time away from the Internet.

4. Get outdoors for a few minutes each day.

4. Declutter your space.

5. Eat foods with healthy fats.

5. Embrace change.

6. Eat enough calories to support your activity.

6. Pamper yourself without feeling guilty.

7. Have breakfast.

7. Keep your anger in check.

8. Quit smoking.

8. Seek to understand first and then be understood.

9. Make time for sex.

9. Connect with your friends

1. Find a job (or aspects within your current job) that you enjoy.

4. Don’t second guess yourself.

4. You are unique. Quit comparing yourself with others.

6. Set goals that are challenging, but realistic.
