Spark People (one of my favorite sites!) has a "30 Days to An Active Lifestyle" calendar. While some of the activitie on there don't apply to everyone, I encourage you to at least take a peek, print out the calendar and mark down either on the calendar itself, or in your activity log, each time that you do one of the activities listed.
Being healthy is about making lifestyle changes that stick with you and small steps that will lead to big changes!
