While you’re out and about picking pumpkins, stop in at a local orchard to enjoy fall’s bounty! Whether you’re a fan of Galas or Grannies, apples are always a good snack to fall back on (pun not intended).
Apples are a good source of fiber, they’ve been shown to lower cholesterol, and prevent cancer, as well as manage diabetes and weight loss. They’re potent little pommes!
