Thank you for your thoughts, comments, prayers and phone calls. Your support over the last month has meant a TON to me.
I am recovering quickly, and am slowly working back up to training with training clients one-on-one again. I am still actively doing telephonic coaching. And, I CAN’T wait to kick off the New Year with some fun programming.
*For those who I’ve not been in contact with for a bit, I fell off a horse in early November and fractured my sacrum. I am rearing to be back in the saddle and back to normal!
